What do you like best about the leadership team?
Focused on delivering the best product in our niche of the market.

Transparent, accessible, and brilliant.
Leadership is transparent, experienced, and very smart. Everyone's voice is heard, so the culture is very non-political and more merit based
The ability to voice your thoughts and ideas and actually be heard.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Clearer communication. Setting expectations and understanding roles, allowing for growth and mistakes along the way. Support could be improved.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Structured to suit my financial needs.
I'm paid fairly, more than most other customer support positions I've seen.
Competitive salary + startup equity.
Great startup equity.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is not competitive when factoring in benefits beyond salary [which isn't particularly good either]. This is definitely one place that could be improved.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of the people that I interact with are bright and capable and definitely enjoyable to work with.
Well balanced spread of skills and abilities.
Smart, motivated and passionate about what they do and the difference they are making.
We have a great team, and everyone has a positive attitude. We support each other and there is flexibility when things come up. We're all close and I love working with everyone here.
Everyone's very dedicated and hardworking but keeps the environment lighthearted.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The work environment is mostly positive, due to the good coworkers, but it's definitely somewhere in the middle as there is a lot going on all the time and the lack of direction/strategy makes it a bit frustrating at times.
Very inclusive and supporting of one another.
CEO always recognizes the great work his team does.
People are passionate and very hard working. It can sometimes feel overwhelming but not in a bad way.

It was very casual and comfortable, which made it easy, and that was nice.

What makes you most happy at work?
Again, the response is somewhere in the middle for excitement about work each day. Nobody is dreading coming into the office, which is good, but there are definitely tough days and times.
Technologically challenging. Expectations are high!
The challenge of the work that I do.
Being able to create with an extremely talented group of people.
No two days are different. The product is improving so quickly and the company is really hitting its stride.
