What did you like most about the interview process? It was very casual and comfortable, which made it easy, and that was nice.
What makes you most happy at work?Again, the response is somewhere in the middle for excitement about work each day. Nobody is dreading coming into the office, which is good, but there are definitely tough days and times.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company? The work environment is mostly positive, due to the good coworkers, but it's definitely somewhere in the middle as there is a lot going on all the time and the lack of direction/strategy makes it a bit frustrating at times.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Clearer communication. Setting expectations and understanding roles, allowing for growth and mistakes along the way. Support could be improved.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Compensation is not competitive when factoring in benefits beyond salary [which isn't particularly good either]. This is definitely one place that could be improved.
What would you most like to see improved at your company?Faster recruiting for the open roles!
