No two days are different. The product is improving so quickly and the company is really hitting its stride.

What's the work from home policy like at MyTime?
MyTime is a remote-friendly company. For certain key positions they require the person to be local in SF, but most of us, developers, qa, sales, support, work remotely. We have colleagues across the globe.

How's the leadership on the Customer Support team at MyTime?
Leadership on the CS team is some of the best I've ever had at a job. The CS Manager is flexible, understanding, kind, and observant. She wants what's best for each of us and all of us as a team, and really goes above and beyond to make that happen. She's firm in the right ways and knows how to get things done.
What's the vibe like in the Customer Support dept at MyTime? How many hours are you working?
The CS team at MyTime is great. The team all gets along really well and is super supportive. Most days I've been working about 8-9 hours.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at MyTime?
People are passionate and very hard working. It can sometimes feel overwhelming but not in a bad way.
