What do you like best about the leadership team?
They don't ask us to do anything that they don't do themselves.
Supportive ,motivated ,and will have your back in all situations.
They take the people in the organization seriously and really try to help make things better for us.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Advances for career changes with pay increase and on the job free training .
Fair for my area and allows me to live comfortably
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Most workers are volunteers. Sometimes I'm treated like a volunteer.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work well together -- it's all about teamwork.
All have a positive attitude and patient when helping others staff or others .
We are all passionate about what we do.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Many of us are able to work flexibly and take mental health days with little pushback
Together we're working to better the lives of people living with mental illness.
It is non discriminatory, open ,honest and always positive in setting and attitudes .
We are treated fairly and honestly.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?

What did you like most about the interview process?
They wanted to know how well I'd work with others.
The environment ,mood setting and positive nice personalities of interviewers /staff
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I would have my company be clear about each number of interviews that there's going to be and also be clear about when negotiations can be made about salary and benefits
What makes you most happy at work?
Bringing about good in our world.
Helping others ,relating to others situations as well as some days receiving good constructive praise and coaching .
