My team! My boss is always willing to help if we need it and values our thoughts and opinions too, it doesn't feel like a boss- direct report relationship it feels like we all work together as one team and it makes me want to do my best work for our team and company

I don't think the company prioritizes the right things for its long-term success. It's got a great mission statement and has the frameworks of an incredible company. But until they start investing in their employees and incentivizing them to stay, I think they'll have a hard time growing.
