- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I don't feel my compensation is competitive given my experience and location. I think much of my team is underpaid for the work they do.
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?I don't think the company prioritizes the right things for its long-term success. It's got a great mission statement and has the frameworks of an incredible company. But until they start investing in their employees and incentivizing them to stay, I think they'll have a hard time growing.
