It's been great but not always easy, I have to admit. There were times when I didn't think I'd make it through with the workload and the pressure that came with it, but I eventually grew and bulldozed my way through it all.

The drive, the willingness to work long hours, the fact that we can feed off each other.

The passion and the devotion the leadership demonstrates on a day to day and to their respective teams.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to voice my opinion, teamwork, variety of tasks (never really the same day), the ability to be involved, and make changes.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Back in the day, I was required to submit a portfolio of my work in past positions. It was long to create but it just showed that the company wanted to get candidates that pushed the extra mile.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not being afraid of making mistakes, having open communication with one another. It's also great to see that we work for a company that wants to make a change in the world and is willing to create committees such as the DIB committee.
