What is the best part about your compensation package?
btw, there were no stock options. It was comprehensive benefits package.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Held team updates when necessary, encouraged individual team member participation. This strategy allowed to team members to keep current on team activities.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Varied workforce, in terms of sex,, race, and age; many experienced coworkers were included on teams, or were available for consultation.
