It's a great place to work if you want a stable job that pays well. It's not a great place to work if you really want to get things done. The lack of accountability has created a culture that condones the "NASA salute"...a shrug of the shoulders that means "We'll see if I have to do that"

It was a telephone panel interview and mostly behavioral based questions
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They had a very permissive leadership style that created a low-stress environment
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The permissive leadership style was a double-edged sword. The downside is that it created a lack of accountability and made it easy for people to disregard work that needed to be done. This created an environment where all the hard work/tough problems were never getting fixed
