This is a great company if you can handle the lack of benefits and the top heavy pay structure. Upper management is given so much more than the guys that actually put in the work.

The leadership team in Operations has learned how to come together to tackle issues. There is a lot less finger pointing (internally) now than there has been in the past

Be involved in the issues

Benefits, overtime, dental, insurance and continuing education

That all the knowledge and abilities be something to b3 considered to grow, also that the management use the resources wisely

Befits are a joke. Every year they take away more. The current HR Organization is more concerned about looking good to Corporate than they are about helping making NASSCO strong.
