Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay people a fair living wage and stop giving ridiculous corporate gifts that do not solve issues in the long term.

My coworkers are friendly and helpful

Everyone works hard and shows up for each other. It's a great group of dedicated professionals.

When communication with management is open transparent and everything consistent
My direct manager goes out of her way to make sure that im successful in everything I do. It really feels like people care about you as a while person.
The ability to try new things and interact with my colleagues. Knowing that we make such a difference in our clients' lives is a huge bonus too.
