Helping agents and customers fill coverage needs.

Not having to interact with the Agency Conflict of leadership. Not having to answer questions that were in the report they simply had to have you stay late to complete, that they NEVER ended up reading.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Going great for personal lines. Trying to move into mid-level commercial lines with a small account mindset and lack of underwriting skills for that level.

Think things through before setting in motion; give us time to create a solid base and make the appropriate changes to make these things work

Our speed to market is too slow. By the time we've made a change or launched a product our competitors have beaten us to it and the customers already expect what we're offering so we're not offering any kind of advantage.
