What makes you most happy at work?When I get to go home at the end of the day, especially the day before a pay day.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Treating employees fairly, with respect and having adequate work with significant enough of a challenge for the education they are requesting. Engineers should not be secretarial type tasks wen they went to school and were hired to do engineering work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?More competitive pay that is on-par with private companies.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Many males coworkers are inappropriate in the work place. The culture can be improved by better handling these situations and setting the tone that certain actions weill not be tolerated.
