increased inflation and high cost of living in my area means our meager 2-3% annual raises arent raises. 4-5%+ annual increases should be standard, with 6%+ for high performers. Reward good people for good work. A well paid good employee is cheaper than a revolving door of excellent cheap employees.

The wages for my position are terrible. I made more money ten years ago as an entry level csr. The medical insurance is also poor.
