What is the best part about your compensation package?I feel very taken care of.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Cultural diversity training and manners training. They are going to get in trouble soon for HIPA violations. The person to tell me a coworker is pregnant should be her. Not my manager telling the team. Same as if someone has a medical condition.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?80/20 rule. I enjoy the 20% that do a good job and take pride in their work. The other 80% are fun to hang with, but remote work has made that hard and less inviting.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Bad coworkers dont get pushed out, good coworkers dont get raised up very well. Need to address bad management and bad employees quicker.
