Better at giving raises to good employees.
Not goofing off on the job
increased inflation and high cost of living in my area means our meager 2-3% annual raises arent raises. 4-5%+ annual increases should be standard, with 6%+ for high performers. Reward good people for good work. A well paid good employee is cheaper than a revolving door of excellent cheap employees.
False pretenses with use of cell phone
The wages for my position are terrible. I made more money ten years ago as an entry level csr. The medical insurance is also poor.
Cultural diversity training and manners training. They are going to get in trouble soon for HIPA violations. The person to tell me a coworker is pregnant should be her. Not my manager telling the team. Same as if someone has a medical condition.
80/20 rule. I enjoy the 20% that do a good job and take pride in their work. The other 80% are fun to hang with, but remote work has made that hard and less inviting.
Bad coworkers dont get pushed out, good coworkers dont get raised up very well. Need to address bad management and bad employees quicker.
