The least ethical company I have had the displeasure of buying from with software that is over 40 years old still with major privacy issues concerning access to customer's data. If you ask for any third party or ISO certification they will give you some excuse because they can't get it.
Being able to work from home but still feel productive and connected to my team
Cultural diversity training and manners training. They are going to get in trouble soon for HIPA violations. The person to tell me a coworker is pregnant should be her. Not my manager telling the team. Same as if someone has a medical condition.

We have several locations in the states & Europe. Different offices have different vibes. I work in Lake Oswego (Portland, OR). Vibe here is great: Collaborative, informal, result-oriented.

How's the vacation policy at NAVEX Global?
Non-exempt employees are on a Paid Time Off (PTO) schedule. Hours for time-off start accruing on your first day with NAVEX Global. Exempt employees are on a Flex Time Off (FTO) schedule. In general, we encourage team members to take no less than three weeks of time each year and to use their discretion as more time may be needed and can be approved by their manager. Based on your tenure, you can plan to take off additional time based on standard guidelines, up to 6 weeks of FTO after 10 years.
How does NAVEX Global make decisions around promotions?
Thanks for asking. We love to promote our people, not just in recognition of their contribution but to show everybody else what success looks like. We consider several factors, including the person's contribution, attitude, and long term value to our business. It is often that that 'effective leaders create other leaders' and we try to live that. We want a strong bench of leaders who will make us all better!
