From my perspective, they seem to care about the employees and try to be transparent with their communication.

Need to seriously care for their team's career development and recognize diverse talent.

Benefits are about comparable to other positions I have been offered

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Wide range of compensation for employees at the same level. Annual performance evaluation process is not efficient. Minimal bonus
What are some of the best things about your team?
I feel we are truly on the same team and have the same goals. Great personality, outlook, intelligence, ambition.

Great hard working and smart people.

Committed to clients success while helping you be successful
