Good work life balance as long as you set your boundaries at the start

naviHealth is undoubtedly the most toxic place I've ever worked in my life. Every day is a cycle of getting screwed over by middle management playing office politics so that they can get promotions for work that they aren't responsible for. People here lack the most basic manners and people skills.

Leadership needs to get better at opening their eyes to the deception and manipulation that occurs on a daily basis. This company is hemorrhaging employees. You know you have a serious problem when your "colleague of the year" quits due to unfair treatment.

I feel undervalued because I am a hard worker, yet I do not get credit for my work. To make matters worse, other people have been given credit for my work and promoted for it.

We all need to get out of naviHealth and look for jobs that aren't akin to being in an abusive relationship. Those without morals can stick around and go down with the sinking ship for all I care.

There's a lot of good people here, unfortunately they are kept tightly under the thumb of middle-management. It's like working in a dystopian hellscape where the only joy permitted is whatever corporate mandates.

Better efforts at retention, transparency

Being done? I had to do 5 separate interviews with at least 10 people. It was exhausting, excessive, and not worth it.

The company is completely dissolving, it's been acquired by a larger company and will eventually be fully assimilated.

They continue to launch new health plans and expansion into new states, and they are never staffed sufficiently, thus leaving the work to fall on to the already worn down current employees

We stink at transparency. Partly because we can't retain people and dont have a clearly stated vision. We aren't scalable and resist change
