Managers are great but handicapped by weak execs

Spend more on employees. Show them you care. Fight for them
Upper management needs to look after the employees.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The comfortable and positive environment that was established and the fact that i was not grilled to check what tasks I can do but the interviewers tried to understand my strengths, achievements, failures and my potential.
