What makes you most happy at work?Feeling like I've contributed in a meaningful way.
What are some of the best things about your team?We worked well together. Even in high stress times we were a tight knit group.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I was paid as little as possible, despite having a decade of experience and being brought on as a supervisor. I suspect the fact that I look very young was a factor despite my actual age. I would have felt better if my team and I were paid fairly.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?They need to treat employees like themselves. For my team to be paid less than industry standard in our area and the CEO to take a massive pay increase while firing us during covid? They clearly don't value their regular employees the way they do the leadership.
