A company that doesn't worry about their staff or care. While the CEO went from 190k to a 1.3M in just 3 years. Never money to ensure you pay people a living wage and keep up with inflation, but always money for big executives. No career progression either. Don't recommend working for them
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the current cost of living we are drowning, and were advised to don't expect a raise anyway, which has caused a lot of people a lot of stress as they struggle to pay bills. It's about having enough to live. But of course they don't care about that.
