What do you like best about the leadership team?
Solid talent, motivated to get things done, no politics, everyone pulls together
Open and transparent communication. Highly technical and qualified to oversee technical consultants.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Embracing call constructive feedback to drive a better and move progressive and accepting culture.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation base was appropriate upon hire but not towards the work delivered over a year.
Annual bonus is fair; pay scale is a bit lower than industry but work is very rewarding
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the current cost of living we are drowning, and were advised to don't expect a raise anyway, which has caused a lot of people a lot of stress as they struggle to pay bills. It's about having enough to live. But of course they don't care about that.
Pay me more and invest in me as an employee to develop my career. Provide mentorships or a path for career growth.
The pay scale seems lower than other offers I have been provided with.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Collaboration with peers and willingness to assist each other to obtain results as a team.
Super technical, brilliant team, no jerks
Everyone is willing to help and has a desire to improve things.

Great communication, everyone has a voice

An overall of leadership needs to happens asap.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I like the conversations most during the he process
Challenging but fair, good balance across the organization
It was pretty casual the asked standard interview questions that were easy to answer.
Communication was consistent, no mixed messages.
