What is the best part about your compensation package?Compensation base was appropriate upon hire but not towards the work delivered over a year.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?With the current cost of living we are drowning, and were advised to don't expect a raise anyway, which has caused a lot of people a lot of stress as they struggle to pay bills. It's about having enough to live. But of course they don't care about that.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?An overall of leadership needs to happens asap.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Embracing call constructive feedback to drive a better and move progressive and accepting culture.
