What is the best part about your compensation package?

Compensation base was appropriate upon hire but not towards the work delivered over a year.

Annual bonus is fair; pay scale is a bit lower than industry but work is very rewarding

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

With the current cost of living we are drowning, and were advised to don't expect a raise anyway, which has caused a lot of people a lot of stress as they struggle to pay bills. It's about having enough to live. But of course they don't care about that.

Pay me more and invest in me as an employee to develop my career. Provide mentorships or a path for career growth.

The pay scale seems lower than other offers I have been provided with.
