- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Managers are constantly competing for the attention of partners like a kindergarten class. Colleagues prioritize getting a pat on the head and will throw anyone under the bus to get the praise they crave.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Managers and partners consistently tell associates they aren't meeting expectations while raking in massive bonuses. Pay is near standard for an entry-level accounting position, but appears to only become lucrative at the management level.
