How employees describe working at Nelson Labs
I enjoy the people and the work. Business has been tough as companies have slowed investment in new products so while the company has less work, they've not needed to lay off or anything. They've managed the slow down well.
It was good, until the new CEO took over. Since then, everything has gone downhill. We don't feel part of ONE team anymore. The CEO and "his team" are more important than the rest of us. This company cares more about buying another multimillion dollar company than paying their toilet paper bill.
