Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to be fairly paid.
I just hope that people get paid fairly based on performance and work experiences, I do not feel that.
I hope that my hard work and the extra miles I do to get the work done is counted

We all enjoy each others personalities and get along well with each other
We work as positive team and we Respect each other.
I love when I bring in visitors and they comment to me how they can feel the culture at Neo that it is strong and passionate for what we do.
