What did you like most about the interview process?

The recruiter and hiring manager were very transparent about each step in the process and never let communication lag or falter.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The leadership team really listens to employees and takes our feedback to heart. They keep employees involved in the decision-making process and are very communicative.

NeoGenomics has a fantastic purpose--to save lives by improving patient care. The fact that I help the company achieve this every day makes me happy.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I think the compensation is extremely fair for my position, plus there's an opportunity for team bonuses. I am thankful for healthcare as well. It's very affordable for an individual.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

NeoGenomics is rapidly growing, so there's a certain fast-paced environment that comes with that, but it's not necessarily a bad thing. Everyone needs to chip in and play their part as the company continues to grow and elevate.
