What is the best part about your compensation package?
Total rewards package is tremendous. Great health/wellness benefits, including free monthly credits to use for fitness classes of our choice! Time off benefits are phenomenal too, with paid holidays, a floating holiday, sick days, & very generous PTO accrual. Merit increases for high performers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I've become such great friends with many in my own department, and we are really care about one another not just as coworkers, but as people on a personal level. I also feel fortunate that my team is made up of really qualified and smart individuals, who live our core values - especially teamwork.
