- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Communication, though to be fair, nearly every company had this problem.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I work for Google, but I don't. Half their employees are actually contracted out by other companies. This lets them tout amazing benefits that most people do not have. It's demoralizing for employees, and ends up created a caste system.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Honestly everyone works well together within my department. Interdepartmental bonds could be stronger. That would create a more efficient workplace. Of course it would help if we were all employed by the came company.
