What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Good work - life balance.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Communication, though to be fair, nearly every company had this problem.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I work for Google, but I don't. Half their employees are actually contracted out by other companies. This lets them tout amazing benefits that most people do not have. It's demoralizing for employees, and ends up created a caste system.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Honestly everyone works well together within my department. Interdepartmental bonds could be stronger. That would create a more efficient workplace. Of course it would help if we were all employed by the came company.
