Family oriented and no cap on upward mobility. Because the company is always in growth mode it gives one the ability to grow within the organization if they so choose.
the newer employees who have been at other companies recently are great to work with. The older employees who have been here for 10-20 years don't have any idea how things run in the industry now and their only response to innovation is "no"
I met with people throughout the organization and not just in my department. It gave me a much better understanding of the whole company. I was also encouraged to interview the company for myself to make sure I understood the culture and values before I accepted the role.
