What did you like most about the interview process?I met with people throughout the organization and not just in my department. It gave me a much better understanding of the whole company. I was also encouraged to interview the company for myself to make sure I understood the culture and values before I accepted the role.
What makes you most happy at work?My colleagues and my connection to our clients.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Family oriented and no cap on upward mobility. Because the company is always in growth mode it gives one the ability to grow within the organization if they so choose.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Policies are not friendly. Doesn't seem to be any rationale for decision making.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?paid 15k under market value for my position.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?the newer employees who have been at other companies recently are great to work with. The older employees who have been here for 10-20 years don't have any idea how things run in the industry now and their only response to innovation is "no"
