He was responsible for leading product development and cloud operations for all products, which include hiring, training, scheduling, business intelligence, shift communication, loyalty programs, labor and inventory management software and tools. Mr. Lye was responsible for Oracle CRM On Premise and Oracle CRM On Demand, CRM on demand operations, Oracle's own deployment of CRM and CRM IT. He served as Vice President of Marketing at WKD Solutions Limited. He served as a Group Vice President of CRM products at Oracle, responsible for Oracle's CRM product strategy and product management for CRM in the applications development organization. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of ePeople Inc. He served as Vice President of marketing at Categoric Software in the enterprise event management business. He spent five years at Remedy Corporation, where he served as Senior Director and General Manager for global major accounts, strategic alliances and international business operations. Mr. Lye served as a Venture Partner at Adams Capital Management, Inc. (ACM). He joined the ACM on June 6, 2006 and was based in the Palo Alto, California office. He evaluated potential investments and worked with existing portfolio companies in the information technology and networking infrastructure industries. He has more than 25 years of experience to work with ACM's technology and networking infrastructure companies, sharing what he learned while handling business strategies, sales, product marketing and management and P&L responsibility for groups, divisions and companies ranging in size from start ups to industry giants. Mr. Lye served as Group Vice President and General Manager of Applications at Siebel Systems Inc./Oracle Corp., where he led the product integration for the acquisition and was directly responsible for all of the CRM division's core horizontal and vertical application technologies including sales, service, marketing, customer order management, self-service, enterprise information management and UI/UE, as well as managing direct application strategy, product marketing and product management. He served as Product Marketing Manager at IBM Tivoli Systems, Inc. Mr. Lye held key positions in product marketing and management and both domestic and international sales and marketing at IBM Tivoli Systems, Inc., Remedy Corporation and Categoric Software. He also served as a Management Consultant focused on distributed systems at Accenture (formerly Arthur Anderson) in the financial services vertical in London and New York. He serves as a board member of Spoken Communications. He serves as a Director of HotSchedules, Inc. Mr. Lye holds a Bachelors and a Masters in Engineering from the University of Bath, United Kingdom.
