What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Paying pilots a competitive wage with other pilots in the industry. Their pilots are super stars at what they do. Leadership charges customers an excessive increases but wants to increase pay below market for all staff. Come on Net Jets....you're ruining the brand so many worked so hard for!!

More respect for diversity. Unhappily, Netjets is rife with unlawful discrimination.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management needs to wake up and start making real impactful changes. Pilots are leaving. They are giving up careers here because of managment!!!!
