What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Flexibility and entrepreneurial spirit are encouraged. We work hard and play hard.
What makes you most happy at work?The immediate team I work with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?They have good benefits but are a struggling company who will not pay decent engineers and have no path for advancement of any kind. Very poorly run company where the CEO takes a "hands off" approach which has been a disaster.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?The departments are not assistive to others
