What do you like best about the leadership team?
Being a smaller, more aggressive growth company allows it employees to experience a tremendous amount of job satisfaction. Being one of thousands with limited ability to impact change versus an environment where every decision results in a positive impact is the difference. Everyone thrives here.
Very focused and talented people, with a lot of passion and care for the business.
Very open with information, they know our talent and trust us to get the job done.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits are fully paid for even for family members
Combination of good salary, equity, 100% paid health and free employee meals (plus a great view of Pacific from La Jolla HQ) is a good combination.
Netsapiens offers very good overall compensation, including 100% company financed health benefits and daily lunches, a tech-refresh plan and work ware allowance), 1/2 decent stock options, and much more, which helps to offset the a bit mid-to-lower end of spectrum salaries.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They have good benefits but are a struggling company who will not pay decent engineers and have no path for advancement of any kind. Very poorly run company where the CEO takes a "hands off" approach which has been a disaster.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Overall a very skilled and dedicated team. People care about the work and product.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The departments are not assistive to others
Better communication all around. We are not that large of a company and communication seems to be lacking between groups.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Flexibility and entrepreneurial spirit are encouraged. We work hard and play hard.
Great collaborative culture with knowledgeable and supportive employees all around you.
Very dynamic office with lots of cool perks, culturally diverse and open minded people, and even dog friendly!!! However, the most important point to be made is the life first approach. All the officers will always tell you that being happy is the first and most important thing in life and business

Sell to china and quit trying
