What is the best part about your compensation package?

Benefits are fully paid for even for family members

Combination of good salary, equity, 100% paid health and free employee meals (plus a great view of Pacific from La Jolla HQ) is a good combination.

Netsapiens offers very good overall compensation, including 100% company financed health benefits and daily lunches, a tech-refresh plan and work ware allowance), 1/2 decent stock options, and much more, which helps to offset the a bit mid-to-lower end of spectrum salaries.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

They have good benefits but are a struggling company who will not pay decent engineers and have no path for advancement of any kind. Very poorly run company where the CEO takes a "hands off" approach which has been a disaster.
