Mr. Doug Alleavitch has been Vice President of Quality at Nevro Corp. since March 23, 2016 and served as its Vice President of Quality & Operations since April 9, 2015. Mr. Alleavitch served as Vice President of Operations and Quality Assurance at AEGEA Medical, Inc., where he oversaw the manufacture and quality assurance procedures for AEGEA Medical. From August 2007 to September 2009, Mr. Alleavitch served first as Senior Director, Manufacturing and later as Vice President, Operations at AngioScore, Inc., a medical device company, where he oversaw AngioScore's production, supply chain management and manufacturing engineering. He served as the Vice President of Manufacturing at AngioScore, Inc. since April 2009. Mr. Alleavitch has had a long and successful career in the medical products and medical device business with over 25 years experience in Production, Manufacturing Engineering and Quality. He joined AngioScore in August 2007 as Senior Director of Manufacturing. Prior to joining AngioScore, he served as Director of Production for Boston Scientific, a major worldwide supplier of medical devices. From February 2002 to July 2007, he served first as Director, Quality Assurance and later as Director, Operations at Boston Scientific, a medical device company. Prior to that time, he spent 17 years serving in various senior management roles with Baxter Healthcare. Mr. Alleavitch holds a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University as well as a MS in Chemical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and a MS in Industrial Engineering and MBA from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
