I love that we have 401K
Compensation is very fair, as an out of state employee the health benefits are poor. This is my only complaint.
Your work is overlooked if your boss doesn't like you as much as his favorite.
I would feel better if I was compensated fairly for the amount of work I do comparatively to my team/co-workers.

Everyone works together to achieve goals and love the collaboration.
My co-workers are great, but our boss is horrible. Don't think about going to HR or he (Art Romero) will "push you out of there" as he likes to say. Or he will micromanage you until you quit.
My team are a fun and funny group of people who are all very positive to work with.
My team is like family to me. Everyone is in it together... Good or bad.

We have NAF360 which is a culture having a 360 view of all team members.
The most positive thing about the culture in my company is they are not exclusive in regards to race.

Treat people equal, and don't ignore qualities in people because you don't "like" them for whatever reason. Especially Art Romero, he only hires Team Leads who are females and good looking.
