What do you like best about the leadership team?
There's almost always an answer to my questions.
The leadership team is engaged in the day to day operations and they understand the needs of the business and their people.
The Leadership team takes your concerns and ideas into consideration
Leadership is the best I have ever seen. They are forward thinkers. My direct manager is a true leader rather than a boss. It is refreshing.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love that we have 401K
Compensation is very fair, as an out of state employee the health benefits are poor. This is my only complaint.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Your work is overlooked if your boss doesn't like you as much as his favorite.
I would feel better if I was compensated fairly for the amount of work I do comparatively to my team/co-workers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
awesome, engaging and excellent at results
Everyone works together to achieve goals and love the collaboration.
My co-workers are great, but our boss is horrible. Don't think about going to HR or he (Art Romero) will "push you out of there" as he likes to say. Or he will micromanage you until you quit.
My team are a fun and funny group of people who are all very positive to work with.
My team is like family to me. Everyone is in it together... Good or bad.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Mutual understanding that things aren't perfect. Mistakes happen and trust the process.
We have NAF360 which is a culture having a 360 view of all team members.
The most positive thing about the culture in my company is they are not exclusive in regards to race.
Great culture. Always up beat and positive. Never demeaning or sarcastic.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better managers who don't play favorites.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Everyone was very humble and candid.
The Interview was very informative.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The best way to improve the interview process would be to have a more strict view on who they hire and who they don't.
What makes you most happy at work?
Solving complicated problems and helping others.
I love that I get to work on new things every day.
When I don't get micromanaged or berated by a manager who isn't following the rules.
My co-workers are great people.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Treat people equal, and don't ignore qualities in people because you don't "like" them for whatever reason. Especially Art Romero, he only hires Team Leads who are females and good looking.
