Increase diversity in our job candidacy pool; 2. Actively seek candidates who bring new experiences & backgrounds to our team, be they educational, racial, socioeconomic, or gender-based; 3. Develop policies that retain diverse employees; and 4. Build diversity in the solar industry. To reach these goals, we created a Diversity & Inclusion Committee, with employees from each department across the company.
