Overall a great place to work, management mismanages staffing often. While one person can be bombarded with too high of a workload to manage as several employees have nothing to do and complain about being bored. Mismanagement of manpower is an issue.

The few minutes per day I am able to conversate with them.

Company contributes a crazy amount toward health insurance, while employees cut is around $1/hour worked. Great health benefits.
What are some of the best things about your team?
New hires as of 2025 are willing to learn and motivated to grow skills. The workforce since covid has been difficult to work with.
