Since my 6 months of learning experience with the garage I was assigned to has been a nightmare. There is lack of concern for the operator. A depot person should not have the right to decide how you learn a route. I'm so disgusted I want know what other garage will have me and treat me with gratitud
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The introduction to the garage was not pleasant. I wish to find a better job elsewhere.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Properly train an operator so they would have full knowledge of the route their driving. The regional should be making sure new operators are being trained and respected in the garage.
