Speechless great team.It is organized by the great team of people.
Properly train an operator so they would have full knowledge of the route their driving. The regional should be making sure new operators are being trained and respected in the garage.
Experience in management and public
The communication is non existent.
Lack of leadership, management is harsh towards theit drivers, and no interaction bet, management and employees.. very hostile environment.
Leadership, managing, social skills, communication and time management.
Health insurance is extremely generous
Nj transit rail offers many things other commuter railroads across the country do not and will not offer.

Teamwork needs improvement, motivation to get a job done needs improvement, willingness to learn new skills needs improvement.

Again as I said the company seems to be stuck in the mindset of business in the 80's and hasn't updated itself at all.
It's a company that cares about their employees
Does good work, serves the public
Embrace new ideas, improve company vision
