My immediate supervisor is a good man, great leader, and easy to talk to.

Properly train an operator so they would have full knowledge of the route their driving. The regional should be making sure new operators are being trained and respected in the garage.

You can borrow money when you want to
According to volatile economy it's barely enough to support a family.

Dedicated, hardworking, loyal. Cares about their job
knowledge is power and they know it
For the most part, people work together, but there are people who are miserable. Same At every job.
Some hard working people who care
doing their work and stop cutting the line
Teamwork needs improvement, motivation to get a job done needs improvement, willingness to learn new skills needs improvement.
Communication needs to improve, the entire company seems to be run on the belief that passive aggressive acts will get the job done.

Everyone minds their own work ethic.
the people who actually do there work
The way they tries to keep everyone safe
You on your own, fend for youself.
The management team and some foremen
Some of the people that call loud they hurt the people that really needs the day off and you can't get it
The management needs to change.
Get itself out of the 1980's and realize a lot has changed since then.
not feeling rushed and very positive interactions

very relaxed, interviewers not threatening,
They seemed like they cared with the questions they asked
The training department showed they cared and helped you as much as they could
Honest and opinion and answers.
Nothing. It has to be difficult to make sure you will be able to handle all the hardships you will go threw on a daily basis

The introduction to the garage was not pleasant. I wish to find a better job elsewhere.
Like back in the 80's, have the applicant come to the office, have a knowledge of the individual, rather than applying on line,.

feeling of togetherness and work as a team
Doing the repairs and the guys I work with
My passengers are delightful people
meeting a lot of good people
Everything is going wrong, the entire managerial department needs overhauling, skilled, competent, and experienced managers with the ability to interact with employees need to be put in place.
Again as I said the company seems to be stuck in the mindset of business in the 80's and hasn't updated itself at all.
It's a company that cares about their employees
Does good work, serves the public
Embrace new ideas, improve company vision
