What did you like most about the interview process?
not feeling rushed and very positive interactions

very relaxed, interviewers not threatening,
They seemed like they cared with the questions they asked
The training department showed they cared and helped you as much as they could
Honest and opinion and answers.
I like the positive energy during the interview
It was casual and not intimidating.
I like the timed exams and the panel interview
It was straight forward and very relaxing
they where very informative and pleasent
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Nothing. It has to be difficult to make sure you will be able to handle all the hardships you will go threw on a daily basis

The introduction to the garage was not pleasant. I wish to find a better job elsewhere.
Like back in the 80's, have the applicant come to the office, have a knowledge of the individual, rather than applying on line,.
