What did you like most about the interview process?friendly manor and welcoming, good questions that peak my interest
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?the culture of the shop and their impossible targets need to be reevaluated as its creating a lot of tension and unease
What needs to change to make the company culture better?the staff were a tight girls club where anyone new didn't stand a chance of sticking around, nothing can make them better, the place was toxic
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I felt undervalued as I was essentially bullied out of a good job and I haven't had the desire to go back since, shopping there is tainted for me now.
