- What needs to change to make the company culture better?the staff were a tight girls club where anyone new didn't stand a chance of sticking around, nothing can make them better, the place was toxic
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I felt undervalued as I was essentially bullied out of a good job and I haven't had the desire to go back since, shopping there is tainted for me now.
