My colleagues and the mission we're all passionately working towards, together as one unit, forward each day

What did you like most about the interview process?

It was respectful, seamless, transparent and clear. I felt prepared and set up for success, as opposed to being stressed from not knowing what to expect. As a result, I was able to put my best foot forward.

What are some of the best things about your team?

All of us enjoy sharing our lived experiences with each other, and learning from each other. The culture on the team is highly collaborative. Everyone (from the bosses to the subordinates) is ready to roll up their sleeves anytime it's needed!

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The transparency, and eagerness to really listen to what their teams are saying. All employees have not only been kept informed about major decisions across the org, but the communications come directly from the President and are two-way conversations as opposed to update-sharing.
