What do you like best about the leadership team?
Strong management team although very profit focused while damaging the environment. Strong performance reviews are discarded when profits dip and only the VPs closest friends and beautiful smiles will survive the reductions.

Salary and benefits. Front-line workers that contribute to our success but unfortunately those efforts are rewarded to corporate management instead of the team that resolved delays and performance problems.
Time off with no internet access.
