Upper management...NAM needs to talk to us, the field rep, not HR. HR has no idea what's going on
What makes you most happy at work?
Past tense. I dont look forward to going in to work. Low pay. Low reimbursement for vehicle, expect us to pick up their slack, 2 routes
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Under paid, not enough people on our team, it takes 3 months to gey hired. They, {you) expect ys to do 2 or more routes due to non hiring, way below mileage reiinber
