Everyone is very kind and considerate of one another. I have never felt like other people are pushing others down in order to lift themselves up.

We all work together very well and we are easily able to communicate with each other to make sure that we are always on the same page.

The ability to voice my opinions and be heard. I like how even at a lower level I am able to contribute and my ideas are adopted.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very accepting of ideas and supportive. They don't make it their way or the highway it is very easy to collaborate and the respect and listen to ideas.
What did you like most about the interview process?
They made sure to highlight the benefits of working here. It almost felt like they were trying to sell me on the job rather than me selling myself to them.
